Our fourth Pastry Gose batch fresh out of the brewhouse, Sour Strawberry Rhubarb is a sour beer bursting with flavors reminiscent of cutting into a freshly baked pie – a delightful blend of sweet strawberry and tart rhubarb complemented by notes of vanilla and salt creating a classic balance of sweet and sour filling with crust goodness.
