Our fifth batch out of the brewhouse is Wild Berry Tart. Crack open this summer sour for a burst of flavors reminiscent of cutting into a freshly baked tart – a delightful blend of huckleberry and blueberry complemented by notes of vanilla and salt creating a classic balance of sweet and sour filling with crust goodness.
