I first met Ryan when I called for a rental verificaton on a prospective tenant, he was very helpful. I was very impressed when he shared with me the work that he, Angel, and his team do. I had some questions about flooring and Angel reached out to me and offered to help. Whether you are buying, selling, or in my case managing real estate they offer a wealth of services. It is obvious to me they love what they do because they are very good at it! I would definetly recommend you give them a call!

I interviewed several realtors when I decided to sell an investment property that I had owned for more than 10 years, and am so glad I chose Spyglass. Ryan, Angel, and Sunny worked closely with me from start to finish, and helped me make the best upgrades to the property that would bring the highest rate of return. I believe wholeheartedly that their combination of market knowledge, professional staging, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques are what allowed me to sell my property for significantly more than what I expected. This was the fourth project like this I have completed, but the first one with Spyglass on my side. I will not be considering any other realtors for my future projects!

I got to know about Spyglass through a flier that I received from them.
I kept it in my file because no realtors I worked, or talked with in Austin were willing to oversee serious renovations let alone provide free staging, and I thought what Spyglass was doing was very very unique. About a year later I was in the middle of a disastrously over budget and behind schedule rehab project I was conducting from out of state (I chose to work with a realtor friend’s family member–which was a big mistake) So I cold called Ryan in desperation and that was how we met. Spyglass took over the project with amazing efficiency and ease. Ryan’s wife Angel made all the design decisions and handled the staging, which I believe made all the difference for the final sale price. When it hit the market my du-plex looked simply amazing–it received 6 offers within a few days and we sold it to the highest bidder for $12500 over already aggressively priced asking. It was one of the most exciting and rewarding real estate moments for me. Spyglass team made sure everything went very smoothly during escrow and we closed on schedule–it was a pleasure working with them!!
I am currently working on another major rehab with Spyglass and am looking forward to do more deals in the near future.

From start to finish, Spyglass Realty was amazing! We have lived in several cities prior to living in Barton Hills and have yet to experience a service like theirs.

Angel and Sunny were stellar at getting the house prepped and checked before going to market, so good that we almost didn’t want to leave the house because they made it look so good. Ryan was on top of things from the start keeping us informed of buyers interested, feedback, etc. It was as though they treated us like family and took a vested interest in helping us get the best deal for house in what can be a stressful situation. We had multiple offers within the first day on market and I give all the credit to Spyglass and their process for making this happen!!

If this wasn’t enough, Ryan even helped us coordinate a lender for our new home out of state which was able to get us the best rate. He didn’t have to do that but really spoke volumes to us and the quality of person he is.

Thank you Ryan, Angel and Sunny!! We truly appreciate all that you did and for making us feel like part of your family during this process!!

We worked with Lauren Yoder for MONTHS (sorry, Lauren!) and she is the absolute best. We were -those- people who were way too particular on certain things, had a bunch of dealbreakers, had a hard time seeing past paint color, and REALLY wanted to stay in Austin city limits (nearly impossible with our budget).

She coached us through the home-buying process, was an expert help in making competitive offers (which was lifesaving in our price point), and helped us stay in the game when we got discouraged. She was available all the time, even when I texted really early or late (again, sorry, Lauren!), and was able to get right on top of getting us viewings of properties that had just been listed.

When we finally had an offer accepted, she helped us through the inspection process and negotiated some money back for us! We closed recently and are so excited to live in our new HOUSE!! Thanks so much, Lauren!
