We’re blending the mystique of outer space with the rugged charm of cowboys for a truly out-of-this-world experience. Guests and vendors are encouraged to don their most stellar cowboy attire–think space helmets with cowboy boots, glittering lassos, and neon spurs. Embrace the sparkle of the stars with pink, red, neon, glitter, and sparkles to make your outfit shine!
Blast Off with “Galactic Giddy Up Y’all”

Time: 6-9 PM (Exclusive Yelp Elite/VIP Preview Hour: 5-6 PM; You must hold a 2025 Elite Badge in order to attend the preview hour!)
Location: Hampton Inn Austin East Side 5th Street
Attire: Cosmic Cowboy Chic (think bright and neon color, cow print, space, cosmic glitter, denim and boots, and so much more)

RSVP DETAILS
• Free Entry: This event is FREE to attend, and all food and drinks are complimentary–IF you make the list!
• No Plus Ones: Each guest must RSVP individually. This is the perfect excuse to simply send this link to all of your friends and family who are 21+.
• Entry Policy: Please note that doors will close one hour before the event ends. Ensure you arrive before 8 PM to gain entry if you get in and receive a confirmation email. There will be a guestlist checked at the door.
• Confirmation Required: Look out for a “You’re In!” email to secure your spot. Confirmation emails will not be sent out until Thursday, March 6 Attendance Policy: If selected, you will only be able to attend one day, not both. Please choose your preferred date when RSVPing.

100% of donations from attendees will go directly to a local non-profit, to be announced later. Each attendee is encouraged to bring a $15+ donation, which will be collected at the door by the nonprofit. Yelp DOES NOT profit from the event in any way, shape, or form.
Important Information
Can We Bring Our Kids?
Everyone attending must be over the age of 21. IDs will be checked before entering, so do not forget your ID. Enjoy your parents’ night out with food, drinks, photo ops, and music from local businesses! Remember, this means no babies, children, teenagers, or pets.
Party Passes
Party Passes will be sent out the day of the event. Please be sure to screenshot this to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you do not receive a party pass, do not worry! We will have a printed list of names at the event check-in as well. Your name MUST be on the list to attend! Don’t forget your IDs.

• You may only RSVP for yourself. One Confirmation & You’re In email = One Person
• This event is strictly 21+. ID’s will be checked at the door.
• You must have a REAL photo that shows your face and your REAL name on your Yelp profile.
• RSVP does not guarantee entry. You must receive a confirmation email titled “YOU’RE IN” to attend. Confirmation & waitlist emails will be sent out starting March 7, 2025.
• Check your Yelp email settings! If you have opted out of Yelp emails, you won’t receive your confirmation. Please make sure you’ve allowed Yelp to email you — In the app, tap MORE, Scroll to bottom and tap SETTINGS, EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, and check that “Receive emails from Yelp” is turned ON.
• Be sure that your city location in your Yelp settings is updated to the Austin area. Due to the popularity of this event, there will be a waitlist and our RSVP system is designed to give priority to local Yelpers.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM “IN” FOR AN EVENT?
When you RSVP for a Yelp Event, you’ll receive an automatic receipt. If you’re in, you’ll receive a separate confirmation e-mail from the CM at a later time (one week prior to the event) notifying that you’re on the official guest list. Auto-generated RSVP receipt emails are not confirmation emails. Please make sure your Yelp email settings are turned on so you receive the event details and confirmation. If you do not see an email, please check your spam for an email from austin@yelp.com.
How to sign up for emails via mobile: open your Yelp app, click the “more” tab, click “settings,” click “email notifications,” and ensure the first option “receive emails from Yelp” is turned on.
How to sign up for emails via desktop: click the icon with your profile photo in the top right corner of the page, click “account settings” from the drop-down list, click on “email/notifications,” log in again just to confirm it’s you, change/edit your email address if necessary, check the first box titled “receive emails from Yelp,” and hit “save.”
