Fresh out of the brewhouse, Sour Blackberry Streusel is the third batch from our Pastry Gose series. Crack open this sour for a burst of flavors reminiscent of cutting into a freshly baked streusel pie – a delightful blend of juicy and tart blackberry complemented by notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, creating a perfect balance of not-too-sweet filling and crust goodness.
