Just like wine & cheese, sour beers go great with cheese! The acids from the beer elevate the tasting experience when paired with the fatty aspects of the cheese.
Choose your adventure with a flight of any four cheeses and a pour of your choice in beer! We’ll have worksheets for you to write down tasting notes and feedback, and our staff will be nerding out and getting cheesy over flavor profiles with you as well!
