About the Band: Satin Jackets, the brainchild of German producer Tim Bernhardt, has been a shining star in the music scene since its inception in 2012. Drawing inspiration from the polished productions of icons like Chic and studio genius Trevor Horn, Tim embarked on a mission to bring back the glamour and sheen of the modern disco era. “It always sounded like the musical equivalent of a fashion magazine’s cover,” Tim elaborates.The result of his creative pursuit was “You Make Me Feel Good,” a sublimely laidback slice of Balearic House that served as Satin Jackets’ introduction to the world. Released on the renowned Belgian label Eskimo Recordings, this single swiftly established Tim as a prominent figure in the thriving nu-disco scene, even though the face behind Satin Jackets remained somewhat of a mystery. Nevertheless, his warm sound resonated with music lovers worldwide.
