Live Music: Jon Blondell & Friends

Jon Blondell is one of Austin’s most accomplished and versatile jazz musicians. Best known as a trombonist and electric bassist, he has been a fixture of the Austin music scene for decades, combining traditional jazz with blues, funk, soul, swing, and New Orleans influences. His performances are known for their energy, humor, and musical virtuosity.

Although jazz is his foundation, Blondell has played with an impressive range of artists over the years, including Willie Nelson, Sublime, and many other nationally recognized performers.
