6:00-6:30pm: Arrive, grab a drink & snack, meet some folks, and get comfy! Enjoy our custom playlist of Official 2024 Showcasing Artists.
6:30-7:00pm: Enjoy a presentation from our wonderful speakers. First, Equality Texas and the Austin LGBT Chamber will speak about local & statewide issues affecting our communities. Then we’ll hear from SXSW Staff about this year’s slate of LGBTQ+ Featured Speakers, Showcasing Artists, and film and TV screenings planned for SXSW and SXSW EDU 2024.
7:00-7:30pm: Q&A & networking — Ask SXSW Staff anything, and we’ll crank up the tunes.

Parking:
The entrance to the SXSW Center garage is located on the east side of Guadalupe between 14th and 15th Streets, just south of the DoubleTree. Please take a ticket upon entering the garage – parking validation will be provided to attendees.
