This inaugural two-day event invites YOU to discover new and old Austin stories through music, art and culture in historic downtown areas.
VIBE Downtown is almost here and we can’t wait to welcome you for a weekend of art, culture, music and community on East Sixth Street, September 19-20! Enjoy performances and experiences from five Austin-based artists, creatives, and collectives who were selected as the inaugural VIBE Downtown activators, each bringing their unique vision to the party. The inaugural two-day event is FREE and open to all, creating an all-ages creative experience to East Sixth Street. (508 E Sixth Street & 522 E Sixth Street Parking Lot)

Everyone is welcome to discover Downtown. In 2025, the Downtown Austin Alliance Foundation will launch a new annual event series to amplify the art, culture and vibe of Austin, Texas. Designed to help everyone discover underutilized spaces, these activations will occur in collaboration with a number of community partners–all working together to bolster creative industries and enhance visitorship Downtown.
