Boat Tours

With friends and family by your side, sit back and soak in the candy-colored sunset from the bow of a luxurious boat where it’s BYOB&B (that’s beer & barbecue, together…Yes!) Bring your favorite beverage and food to grill!
There’s a ladder going up to the top of the boat on the 15 person Barge or a spiral staircase on the Double Decker to the top floor so you can climb up and have that belly flop contest with your friends you’ve always imagined!

Whether you are looking to have a family-oriented relaxing time or you are looking to party like it’s 1999 with your college buddies, we have you covered. We specialize in making you feel comfortable no matter what the occasion you have in mind is. Birthday parties, Bachelor parties, Anniversaries, or just lounging on the lake with friends and family are all perfect for this fun excursion.

We also offer services such as pick-up and drop-off at Party Cove from our docks near Carlos N Charlie’s or other public spots. DO NOT risk getting a BWI on a boat rental when you can have us take you around. If you missed the party barge or need to leave the party early, it’s no problem.

We were here for a bachelor party the same week as Hurricane Harvey so, unfortunately, couldn’t make it out on the lake. Angel and everyone on staff was very helpful and kept us in the loop regarding weather updates and eventually provided a full refund. If I’m ever down in Austin, will definitely try again.

Great people and had great time! They are available when other places weren’t. Did the flyboard with our awesome instructor Johnny. He was very patient and got both of us newbies in the air! Definitely recommending to my family and friends! Ask for Johnny!

Absolutely fantastic day out on the boat with Derek!!!!!! Having this been my first time to Austin I was completely blown away by the beauty of the lake. Derek was amazing! We were a bachelorette party from NY/NJ and all agreed this was by far our favorite part of the trip. Derek came to our Air Bnb promptly to pick us up in a party bus. He had the best smile and attitude so we were excited for a great day. Highly recommend Austin Boat Tours and Captain Derek! He’s the best and ain’t hard on the eye ladies!

I celebrated my birthday with Austin boat tours this weekend. We had Lee as our boat captain. We rented a double decker pontoon boat. The boat was in great shape. All of the employees were polite and helpful as we loaded the boat up with food and drinks. Lee was a great captain and cook for our burgers. Would definitely recommend and use this place again.

We had a wonderful experience last week with Austin Boat Tours. Special shout out to Adam who was our Captain. There were 17 of us with the youngest celebrating her 10th birthday. Adam couldn’t have been more sweet to her and the rest of the gang. Cooking for us and making sure we all had a great time. He was professional and kind. We hit some bad weather coming back in and he handled the situation with total control and we all had complete confidence in him. We will use Austin boat tours next time we are in Austin. Thank you for a great day in the lake!

I planned an outing through Austin Boat Tours for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday…and it was definitely the highlight of our trip. We got the party bus they offer to pick us up and bring us back. It was so stress free trying to get to the lake and back, and no one had to be DD. The bus on the way there was spacious and we all had a blast playing our music, drinking, and just hanging out. The bus on the way back was similar to a coach bus, with separated seats. It was definitely nice, but we under the assumption it was going to a party bus on the way there AND back, so it was a little disappointing. The ride to lake Austin was breathtaking…Austin has some beautiful natural scenery on the way.

Once we arrived, it did take a bit for us to actually get on the boat and onto the lake, however they made sure to give us our full 4 hours. Our captain, Santos was awesome! He cooked up our dinner for us, joined our boats to another bachelorette party and another 30th birthday party and we were all hopping around and enjoying each other’s company. We also ran out of alcohol towards the end of the 4 hours, and he even made a pit stop for us to pick up more alcohol. It was such a blast and I would definitely do this again if I am every in Austin!!!
