  1. This place is simply awesome! Can’t say enough. Free play Sundays is the best. If you ever come to Austin don’t miss out!

  2. This is a great spot to hang out and catch up with a friend…It seems to be Texas chain since there is on in Austin, Houston and Dallas…It was a pretty solid bar but kind of a younger college crowd…..The service was great and the owner manager was very friendly and seemed to be on top of everything….

  3. This place has such a cool vibe. I love playing games when I am out with my friends, they have several big jenga games, connect four, a ping pong table (my current favorite game) and free skee-ball. Their drinks and bartenders are all very helpful and handle the crowds of people that end up there in the evening. It is definitely better to go earlier in the evening , because it is popular.

  4. Oh my
Had the best time there tonight
Great bartenders, me and my girls had a good time. In a sorority at ut austin, also part of the student council there as well. Defiantly will recommend all my girls to go there, and all my summer girls to keep going there. Can’t wait to get to know those good folks this summer

  5. Honestly this might have been my favorite bar in Austin that I went to! The bar is really big and has plenty of seating space. Throughout the bar there are games to play, such as jenja- so it reminds me a lot of a place in columbus, Ohio that i Love ! My boyfriend and I also really loved the music selection.

Still haven’t figured out what the gong was for tho??

  6. I attended an event for Autism Society last night and was excited a local business helped out kiddos in need! 15% of all proceeds went to AS, which I found very generous. The bartenders were hands down the nicest and most helpful guys I’ve encountered in an Austin bar. Me helped us sample unfamiliar beers until we could decide what we wanted and handled our complex bill splitting wonderfully. I never felt rushed or like I was annoying him (you know that feeling!). Our group split the loaded tots and chips with queso. The pork tots were BOMB. Highly recommend. Service was very attentive to our group. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot, on a weeknight at least. We took Lyft but there were a couple street parking spaces out front. I don’t think they have a lot.

  7. I had so much fun here! Very trendy little bar with great music and awesome drinks. Everyone that I saw there was in their mid twenties or early thirties and they were enjoying their drinks and partaking in the arcade games or outside in the patio area! The place is huge and there’s lots of people there on a Friday! I can’t wait to go back, I really enjoyed it there! Highly recommend.

  8. My favorite bar in Austin, hands down. They have something for everyone here. The bartenders and staff as cool AF. The music is always on point, and there’s usually a DJ. They have all of my favorite liquors. There’s always hot girls and nerds alike. And motherfucking Skee ball. I love this place.

They have a great heated outdoor patio (misted in the summer) with Giant Janga, giant connect 4, and a photo booth. I have always met fun and cool people here. I miss living in Austin purely for KF.

This is my Sunday Funday 6PM-close selection. Very often, this is the only place bumping on a Sunday night.

  9. This review is for Sunday Funday at Kung Fu. We had an AWESOME time this past Sunday. All of the arcade games are free on Sundays. They had awesome drink specials to enjoy while playing your retro video games or giant jenga or connect 4. They were playing lively music and the vibe was very friendly!

Grab a beer, play some skee ball and enjoy your Sunday at Kung Fu!

  10. This place has got to be the most awesome place ever! If you’re in town, be sure to check this place out!
Parking- sucks, so make sure you come early or ..good luck finding parking (or maybe it’s bcuz we are new to the area)
Service- bartenders were speedy and friendly!
Drinks – they’re the same everywhere

Best part? It’s an arcade bar! The other best part? You don’t need coins! You play for free! The environment is awesome. No line to play. Everyone’s super friendly and “shares”. You can even play jenga outside (but that’s where the smokers are)
