Las Perlas is a beautiful bar with an amazing selection of tequila and mezcal. I really enjoyed my evening there.

This is a gorgeous bar. Just sitting in there is wonderful but on top of that they have a fantastic selection of tequila and mezcal. Very cool patio too! If you live in Austin go right away. I live in Seattle so will need to wait until next time!

This is no ordinary bar, it’s actually referred to as a Mezcaleria…just ask the elite mixologist, Phlip (pronounced ‘Flip’). Talk about a little hidden gym, spirit forward, craft cocktail bar WITH A JUKEBOX! 5 stars all the way baby and no wait in line for an amazing craft spirit. Ask for the ‘Jenny does lieutenant Dan’ drink. Low Carb, earthy spice, with a vodka tart twist… cheers to local Austin authenticity!

The bartenders are super knowledgeable and really take their time to help you pick out a mezcal and tequila you will like.

Really awesome decor and great selection of music in the jukebox.

I think I may have died and gone to heaven. This bar is my new go to in downtown. The have a huge selection of Mezcal and Tequila (few other spirits too, if thats what you like), Mexican beers that you can buy solo or as a bucket and amazing cocktails. I’m a sucker for a good ol margarita, and you’d be surprised how hard it is to find one that is good. Their jukebox is fun and eclectic and the art and taxidermy really add to the bar. All the Mezcal bars in Austin are small, dark and intimate, this one is bigger, more bright and makes me feel like I want to party. Viva la Oaxaca!

P.S. Its also next door, literally,they share the same patio as Seven Grand Whiskey Bar, so if you’re with other people, there should definitely be something for everyone.
