For larger groups or special occasions, VIP Marina offers double-decker tour boats that can accommodate up to 50 guests. Each tour boat rental includes:
• A second-story waterslide
• Flattop grill with propane
• Two large coolers
• Chairs, tables, and a private bathroom
• Bluetooth speaker with a double-deck sound system
• A captain and crew who can cook for the party if you bring food

Party boat options include themed vessels like “Island Time,” “Stars & Stripes,” and “Tequila Sunrise.”

These 24-foot boats, equipped with 150 HP Mercury motors, can comfortably accommodate up to 13 passengers. Each rental includes one complimentary watersport toy, such as a tube, wakeboard, or kneeboard.

We come here every summer for a “last hurrah” before school starts. We rent a tritoon and tube with the kids. They have SO much fun. We just did it again yesterday – staff there are very helpful and friendly. Their explanation on how to operate the boat is always clear – even for novice boat operators. And Lake Travis on a weekend morning (we always do the 9am-1pm time slot) – never seems to be terribly busy.

We attempted to book a party barge in mid June, and to our dismay they were all booked. However, VIP Marina advised they would add us to a waitlist and call us if something were to open up. Just as they promised, there was a cancelation and they promptly gave us a call and we were able to secure a spot.

Upon arrival, the entire staff was friendly. We were directed to Captain Cass and Dylan and they did not disappoint! Excellent mannerisms, a smooth ride, and good grilling all leads to a good day on the lake!

We booked the Bahama Mama with VIP Lake Travis Tour Boats and it was absolutely amazing! The boat turned out to be bigger than I thought and we had more than enough space for our 37 guest. Our captain Cassie was entertaining and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the great experience we will definitely book again!!

This is the 3rd time that I’ve used VIP Marina and this year was absolutely the best experience. We had 2 amazing staff members . Captain Cass , was truly amazing . She has to be the best staff member I’ve worked with . She listened to my concerns and did everything she could to resolve any issue . She made sure my party thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I will definitely be booking with her for all boat parties going forward.

VIP was great! I booked them for a company outing (20 ppl) after extensively gathering quotes and information from nearly a dozen party barge/pontoon rental providers all across the lake. I had to change contact information on them three times, but they treated each request with grace and politeness. The barge itself was clean and large enough to give everyone some space under the shade. You could tell that the crew (Tyler and Ryan) loved what they were doing–they were chill guys who were happy to help our team whenever we needed something. 10/10 recommend.

Our captain, Jake, was so nice and cool the entire time! He and his co-captain ensured my friends and I had the best time and I would highly recommend VIP Marina for any barge! They texted me ahead of time making sure I was prepared and had no additional questions. They even grilled our hot dogs! Every employee we encountered throughout the entire experience was super kind and helpful! Would definitely book again!

Chris and staff were awesome, best 5 hours on the water I’d had in a long time. I was the only one out that late that Tuesday afternoon Memorial Day, and he waited for our family until 8 pm. Super great guy, and the tritoon boats are in top notch shape. Will be heading back soon highly recommended

VIP Marina took amazing care of my party barge lake event. They run an efficient operation full of friendly and professional staff. We celebrated my son’s 16th birthday and I was feeling stressful about having to oversee teens and their families but Captain Dan showed up in a jeep to transport me and my provisions directly to the dock. He shared his cell with me the day prior and told me to reach out for last minute questions and text him once i artived at marina and he’d pick me up in a golf cart. He was patient and kind. He offered to help set up and clean up afterwards and made great burgers on the grill while I enjoyed my time with my guests. The owner, Bill is also very knowledgeable, transparent and friendly. We only spoke by phone but both times he answered all questions and made me feel cared for. I’ll definitely use VIP Marina for future lake parties. And huge THANK YOU to Conner and Captain Dan!!!

AMAZING!
This was one of the best things we could have done for my daughter’s 21st Birthday. Everyone was great from the first call to book, to the very last person off the boat. Our captain and crew were all so wonderful. They grilled the burgers and sausages, so everyone else could enjoy the party boat, a great job at that. They supplied the coolers, bluetooth throughout the boat and table and chairs, oh and a bathroom on the boat. One of of the biggest highlights was the water slide, it won everyone over. This is truly something you should do if you haven’t!

If you’re going to rent a boat or party barge go here! It is quite the steep walk to get down to the dock. Park in the lot (they take cash but you can Venmo in a pinch) and follow the blue flip flops down to the dock! There is also a water park and a bar and grill at street level. The water park is where Alamo Drafthouse’s Jaws on the Beach takes place. Have questions and hate talking to people on the phone? No worries! They prefer text anyway!
