Through a mix of theory and hands-on experiences, Sarah will guide you in developing sustainable habits to refocus your attention, disconnect from technology, and reconnect with the natural world.

About the Speaker:
Sarah Nielsen is a health and outdoor educator, and board certified health and wellness coach with 19 years of experience working in the private and public sectors of health education and workplace wellbeing.
She operates her practice, SG Wellness, in Austin, TX and specializes in customized learning experiences that leverage nature science and behavior change theory to transform participants’ relationship with nature and screens.
