Speed Racer at Hyperreal Film Club

Go, Speed Racer, go! Start your engines and race down to Hyperreal Film Club on Thursday, September 26 for a screening of Speed Racer.

The legendary Wachowski sisters followed up their tectonic industry-shift of a trilogy with the hardest left turn possible without turning to jelly under the strain of g-force. Speed Racer (2008) is the best live-action cartoon out there, bar none. It’s a celestial candy shop stocked with glee. Where we’re going, you’ll need hundreds of eyes to see!
