What an incredible experience at Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas! From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, the live music was fantastic, the whiskey was exceptional, and even the Longhorns added to the unique Texas charm of the experience.

A special shout-out to Jamie, MK, and JD for making our visit so memorable. Their hospitality, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. It’s clear that everyone here takes great pride in creating an unforgettable experience for guests.

Thank you to the entire Garrison Brothers team for such a wonderful day. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Texas experience!

Jamie and Jeff were amazing on our tour & tasting. They were fun and knowledgeable. The experience was great, from learning the history and the make process, to every single staff member. The way they acknowledge service members of our military past and present is also a huge plus. My husband is a veteran himself so it’s very appreciated. We also got to snag a bottle hand dipped by a fellow vet and that was very exciting! Highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience at Garrison Brothers Distillery! The tour was informative, engaging, and gave us a true appreciation for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every bottle. Jeff & Danza were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable!!

The tastings were fantastic, with each bourbon offering something unique and memorable. We loved learning about the distilling process in a beautiful Texas Hill Country setting.

Whether you’re a bourbon enthusiast or just looking for a fun and unique outing, I highly recommend visiting. We left with a greater appreciation for Texas bourbon and can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and I took a tour this past week and it was amazing! Danza and Jeff were charming, entertaining, and so knowledgeable. You do not have to be a bourbon drinker to enjoy this experience. The tour was very informative, the history was fascinating, and the scenery was breathtaking. The hospitality from start to finish was impressive and everyone was so authentic and welcoming. The experience exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend!

I’ve been a fan of GARRISON BROTHERS since they opened their doors and it’s been a treat watching their success. We were finally able to take the tour this week and it was worth the wait. Our tour guide Jeff was a wealth of knowledge and his sense of humor kept all of us entertained. We toured the entire facility and were educated in every step of the distilling process. Incredible food and drinks are available at the Whiskey Shack so you can enjoy this beautiful Hill Country destination for hours. I highly recommend the trip and a tour.
