Bassist/songwriter Sam Price is best known as a member of N.O. roots rockers, Honey Island Swamp Band. His original project, the True Believers leans more in a soul/funk direction and has quickly gained popularity in New Orleans. Their debut EP was chosen `Best Roots Rock Album of 2017´ by Offbeat Magazine. They were awarded a grant by the Threadhead Cultural Foundation the following year to record the 2019 album Dragonfly, produced by Papa Mali.

Allisen and the Wy´s Guys are a new group out of Austin featuring singer Allisen Hinojosa and bandleader Wyatt Corder of Big Wy´s Brass Band and his talented group of seasoned musicians. The group plays everything from intimate jazz, raucous soul and hard hitting blues.
